Imf debts are repaid in US dollars so devaluation of the dollar will reduce the repayments of any brics member that is indebted by the imf especially if the brics bank pays out the debt .

Think any country or company will be abel to open a acount in the Brics clearinghouse / bank. There will ofcause be different fees for members and non members. Rhe fee will be putted in the basket mostly...as gold or bonds...increesing the "size" as it grows. The fees will decrees for any user by a factor and countries will become members automatically at some point. Opened system for everyone!
