Shes using ableton to generate the sounds. I think shes using a product called makey makey (makeymakey.com) or something similar to hook the veggies up to her computer

The poor vegetables.... as shown later in the video. They are being abused, tortured, raped, before they die in human digestion systems. It is very difficult, to take all of this seriously, even with the best of intentions and the greatest efforts. The link with something like music is also very hard to establish.
