No offense a recovery from a boob job is about a month and the first week they need a machine to circulate blood and they also need take medication. The other is they need help and the other is the surgery ia about 8 hrs. How would I know is my sister had her boobs done.

A long recovery-yes. But a machine to circulate blood? No. Of course not. Their hearts do that and breast surgery does not go near the heart. It doesn’t even enter the chest cavity. The breasts hang outside the ribs. I doubt this story because recovery from this surgery is 6-8 weeks. During that time you must wear a compression “recovery bra” 24 hours a day. How would that look under a wedding gown? Also the nurses and chef she brings sounds more like the protocol for a face lift. I think he copied it from some plastic surgery website that caters to the rich. Also the way this surgery is performed has changed a lot in the past few years. Pain is worst 3-5 days after surgery. You are off work for 5-7 days. A lot depends on the type and size of implant and where it’s placed. Also takes a while for the implants to drop and fluff. This is something you do 6-8 months before a wedding.
