@@gravedigger6632 Not going to quit it with the God talk. Plus you're wrong. The Bible does not say it's the devil's world. We have free will which allows us to choose between right and wrong. He didn't create us to be robots, and I suggest you capitalize "God" and show some respect to the author of life and the universe, two things science hasn't the faintest clue as to a natural cause. We, on the other hand, have Scripture backed by a mountain of manuscript evidence written by eyewitnesses to Christ, His claim of divinity and His proof through miracles and the Resurrection. I don't know who hurt you or made your life a living hell at one point, but not all women have ulterior motives to hurt men. I'm truly and sincerely sorry if you experienced a stressful and toxic relationship in the past. No one deserves to be treated in a disrespectful manner especially when it comes to matters of the heart. I agree there are both women and men who don't have another's best interests in mind when dating or a serious relationship is concerned, but their actions alert those involved with them through red flag moments. If one chooses to ignore or reason away those warnings they're going to deal with a lot of pain in their future with that person. I view rejection as God's protection. Rejection =God's protection. Dodging a bullet. They're are women and men of high value in our society that are searching for others whom have the same morals and values they have. It may take them a little longer to find these people, but worth the time and effort they put in doing so. A relationship of value is achievable even in today's standards and terms. I think it would be best to leave Samantha's memory on a positive note seeing how she's no longer here to defend herself. I wish you happiness, health and compassion. Why not? Do you know how infrequent fatalities are on them in these communities vs cars in non cart areas? They’re extremely convenient and necessary, they alleviate traffic/parking issues, many don’t use gas so it lowers emissions for the environment/wildlife there and they are well suited for the narrow roads near folly. They’re usually allowed in low limit zones, where an accident could never be fatal… UNLESS someone is hammered and going highway speeds like this girl. Blame the drunk idiot going 65 in a 25 down a pitch black street with houses on both sides. I live down here, total lunacy a car was going that fast there. Your anger is wildly misplaced.

Did the officers at the scene do a blood alcohol test on the driver of the golf cart? Was the cart equipped with both head lights and tail lights? Was the golf cart rated to drive on the road the accident occurred on? Absolutely no excuse for drinking and driving for either party involved in the accident. I hope the husband recovers from his injuries and the loss of his wife.

She refused breathalyzers on the scene but got a warrant for a blood sample at the hospitals. Yea, the cart was an LSV, likely was equipped with everything and was street legal…although after 8pm is a kind of a no-no but not really enforced. The issue here is the drunk POS going almost 3 times the posted speed limit down a dark street with homes in both sides. 99.99% these things don’t happen down here, us cart owners are very careful and they are necessary for the community…as they alleviate traffic/parking issues, are electric so good for the eco system here, and are well suited for the older narrow roads. And they save lots of money.

Drinking responsibly is not enough... This is murder. The moment you decide to get behind a wheel and take a life with your stupidity. You should be charged to the fullest extent of the law. I never understood the leniency behind bar hopping. Police are there to escort you out of an establishment where everyone and their mother was just drinking. People driving home by chance. There has to be a statistic somewhere.
