Everyone should roll for initiative in the beginning of the game, then in every social interaction go by order the group rolls in. 1. Delegate task with your group, have someone keep count of initiative, time of day, looking into rules or spells when it's not their turn. 2. Have your players learn and know how to use their spells beforehand, if they have to take time to look into something, then by definition "in game" their character is trying to use more time to remember. SKIP THEM!! 3. Use a timer to make your players make decisions faster on their turn, this allows them to technically play "in game" 4. Make it a competition if they split the party, who can finish the dungeon faster, search a whole city for an individual, or one group is holding the castle gate while the others hold the wall. 5. KNOW YOUR LIMITS!! The more players you have, the less you can dedicate time into character development within your campaign. 10 people is a lot to keep track on such as conditions and class conditions & customs. If you do split the group, the world you have your players in is more interactive in terms of the actions one group makes and how as a whole those consequences can affect the other group in some way. Hope this helps

The two most likely to kill you high rollers drinking games, 1. Drink every time Kim plays with her hair. More likely to kill you in earlier eps, but you're still gonna have a decent shot at alcohol poisoning even now. 2. Drink every time mark uses words incorrectly, like when he says almost, but it's literally exactly what's happening, or says, oh I dunno, something like restaurant.

I totally agree. Jiutou tries to be intimidating, but it just comes across as bitchy. She doesn't think that anyone who is less powerful than her is worth fuck all. Also, Elora and Jiutou do force themselves into the boss position and try to drive the team straight to the end of the quest the easiest, and most likely least fun, way.

Guessing average run speeds is a really hard thing to do. Reality doesn't carry over in this case. In reality, if you're 30, you're in the top few percent if you run a 6:30-7:00 minute mile, with the average being 9 or 10 minutes. In most D&D settings, the majority of people are in much better shape though (no cars, for example), so we should assume that 6:30 for an unburdened mile for adventurers is easily achievable, better in some cases. As mentioned though, this is unburdened. The issue of weight is hard to judge too. Without boring you with the details, you can easily hit 60-80 pounds of gear, and that's not even heavy armor. Using anecdotal evidence, a 6 minute mile without gear means an 8 minute mile with 40 pounds of gear is achievable but will leave you exhausted. I've never worn over 50 pounds, so can't accurately guess what 80 pounds is like, so I'll say 9-10 minutes will leave you beat. 12-14 for a fast but doable mile is what I'd guess is likely for the party. Unless Cassandra is ripped I'd say 15-20 for her.
