Bridge Ambush With Anti-Tank Mines - Post Scriptum Gameplay

It's been a long time when I last time did any type of guerilla ambush tactics. This time we playing new Veghel map playing as logistic squad placing some mines to the bridge.

yeah I don't get how people say that, there aren't as many servers that are super active with at least 20-30 players like squad, however it is very alive & more an more people are picking it up and loving just as much as squad [like myself] every day. this game is alive and well. those youtubers are only saying that its dead/dying 'cause they're only good at games that require literally zero skill, aka CoD/any of the newer halo games and don't understand how to play games that require actual communication with your team, thinking tactically and not just shooting as soon as you see the enemy. nor do they understand that MG's do the suppressing whilst riflemen do the picking off of single targets, mind this last complaint extends over to all players on PS an squad that don't actually understand the role the MG'ers fulfill in modern combat... LOL I die a little more inside each time I'm on random public games and I hear the MG's firing single rounds at entire squads advancing on our FOB/position... real team combat tactics work very well in squad, & same with ww2 era infantry tactics in PS. in-fact both games have better matches the way they're meant to played when you use the same tactics that are common in the era's these games are set In & I think thats pretty daunting to some YT channels who are new to this level of realistic combat mil-sims and this genre in general, which I think is the main thing that scares them away & makes them just baselessly hate on these two games any chance they get. since they're not willing to learn anything new about any game that isn't like CoD/halo or that is more realistic than sandstorm [if they even play that] or rising storm 2. which don't get me wrong are dope awesomeness but they're the CoD(s) of the realistic FPS mil-sim genre.

sorry for the wall of text but I'm just very passionate about what squad and PS are trying to accomplish. they're both amazing games that now that Ive owned and played them for a while, I cannot imagine my gaming life without them!!

You want to shoot the enemy, point the gun at him and pull. You want to stab the enemy, point it at him and push. It is a very versatile design.

Behind the theme and first person perspective, they aren't even the same type of game. Not by a long shot. Post Scriptum is basically a WW2 reskin of Squad. Surely you don't compare Squad to BF's long list of modern shooters, do you?

Excellent stuff. Veghel is begging for a Churchill bridge layer as the next vehicle update, or maybe a specialised logi bridging load that can be collected at main and then needs 6 or 10 players to assemble (a little bit like putting the rallies down without a radioman).

earlier at one point where the tank and jeep came in and whaen the tank exploded i said”the bad thing here is that the jeep just left because you never know there might have bin someone who got exploded out of the tank and is injured, they could have gotten him out of there

Biggest mistake which made the enemy see the mines near the start of the video was because they were placed on the road. They blended in far better when they were physically on the bridge like the first mine and ones after :D

You should place mines Just barely off the road. So the road's lip conceals it. Then place a single tank trap in the middle of the road. Tanks will usually try to simply drive around the tank trap.

Number of mines you can place depends on map scenario and if you are defender/attacker I think. From my experience, sometimes I could land only 1 AT mine and sometime 2 AT mines. Also with AP mines it was 2 and then other time I could land 3 of them (pretty low I think for fact there is only one AP mine guy in whole section). But you must be really careful with these AP mines to land them on flat terrain as far from you as possible or they are gonna blow your face off immediately.

Yeah, this game is awesome! I wish all good for the developers...Hope they stay who they are and ignore all the shit is told about their game and them. KZbin kids like it to cry about everything^^ And Nikolai, your videos are really great, your one of the first youtubers i like to see longer than 5 min=-D Awesome shots and positioning with the AT-cannon.. This game looks alot like a reskinned WW2 Online. But it seems the map ain't that big? I mean, WW2 Online run on a very old engine, but there ain't a player limit in battles and the map is completely open in a 2:1 scale of western europe. Anyways, the way Nikolai play'd it is how a normal operation used to go back at time with sapping missions, I mean, more than once you would leave only one bridge standing for the attackers to cross with their heavy equipment, but am not sure if you can actually destroy bridges in this game
