Greetz from Germany! For me is the original edge best - my cheap edge zero II is good enough - maybe it will be change to a gotoh or schaller or edge - but there is to do some work like change the studs and routing. For the last 3% ?

Hi and welcome! Never been a fan of modding guitars as they're meant to be the way they're built, but I think Your Edge Zero II would work. It's just that they're not if the same build quality as the original Edge, Edge Pro, Edge Zero or the Lo Pro.
