Isaiah is stupid in his high levels of social anxiety and how opposite to Lars, he takes things WAY too seriously. Moe is stupid in a way where he's extremely arrogant and doesn't really think about anyone else. Skid is sort of a mix of Lars and Moe where he doesn't take things seriously enough to talk much or be hostile, but he's still insecure enough to concede towards Moe and put others down.

I've gone stretches in my life where I've embraced that role within a social hierarchy. Anyone can easily slip into that role if they are more quiet than loud, more agreeable than disagreeable. It pays off socially I assure you. That type of kid is allowed to hang out with any click (from the "loser" school shooter looking kids) to the prom queen. People feel the need to establish a strong allegiance to a friend group, especially in highschool but the workplace is just highschool 2.0. I have an aversion to clicks. I remember a girl getting me a seat at the verified cool table in the first month of highschool when I was mostly sitting with the non-cool. Said girl liked me, in hindsight I should have liked her back but I was hung up on the girl I knew in 6th to 8th grade who was objectively hotter tenfold. It wasn’t 'bout her looks though. My Romanticism has failed me.

I loved that this episode focused a bit more on skids character, usually hes like a little sidekick to moe, but it was refreshing seeing him interact with someone other than moe

Something I love about this episode is that Lars and Skid have a lot of common ground. They're supportive, easy going friends... so when you cross the duos together, Skid and Lars are compatible... but Mo and Fugger? Not really. They're both the toxic friends but in different ways. Fugger's hangout in this episode, rather than being Mo turned out to be Isaiah... someone Fugger is embarassed to be associated with, and was quick and defensive in refuting Isaiah's suggestion that they are the same... He sees Isaiah as someone at the bottom of the bottom of high school social hierarchy, and deludedly believes himself to be somewhere at the top. As much as Fugger hates Mo, I think he would rather be associated with him than Isaiah, and being a punch bag character its hilarious to see circumstances force him to team up with Isaiah, also a punch bag character. Of course I could be depicting this completely wrong, but the amount of depth an indie creator has put into this, to the point where fans can make flexible interpretations... is pretty damn big in itself. I really do hope you get noticed by some channel or streaming service, and they help you launch this as a full blown series.

I don't think Fugger and Isaya are alike. Isayah is really dangerous and frightening with his behavior, Isayah is really not "at the bottom" of the social hierarchy, but clearly somewhere on the sidelines, because he does not even try to adequately interact with people and does not see his problems point-blank. Fugger understands his problems and behaves this way only because he is afraid to admit and work through them. Fugger does not chase girls, does not dream of shooting the whole world, does not have a negative attitude towards most people - he is just a boring liberal who shakes his own and other people's rights. And in this they are similar to Mo.

Gotta say, Fugger was being kind of a dick to Skid. Bro's just asking questions and showing interest and Fugger's response is to be condescending and essentially tell him to fuck off. But they're legitimate questions and Skid was just following up on Lars' questions. Lars asked if it's a skateboard, Skid asked if he could do a kickflip. Lars asked if it's faster than a bike, Skid asked if it's faster than taking the bus. I think those are reasonable questions.
