That entire end fight was a legit extinction level event going on. As for this movie, I actually enjoyed this more than No Way Home, it did the multiverse concept better while not having to rely on so much nostalgia. Most of the call backs here were from movies and comic's which having grown up on alternate takes on Spiderman being published, was a real treat.

The sight gags at school are the funniest scenes in this movie. From the moment his.... ahem.. "sticky hand" got stuck to her hand was funny, blaming that on puberty though.. LMAO. just contextually so wrong that it's the only appropriate response and greatest response of all time. lol but even panicking and blindly running like he was it shows the fans EXACTLY how that spider sense works, effortless. It was such a blessing for Peter in the comics that it became a detriment when he lost it and realized that without it saving his butt it was pure luck that he survived long enough before he realized yeah he can fight....kinda. lol So he trained under Shang-Chi and developed " The way of the spider"

What I really like about the Doc Ock reveal is that the movie plants hints within the movie way before she says her name. In the starting montage Peter is seen fighting Doc Ock, so you know the arms are different, In the movie in the classroom she's got octagonal glasses, and during the first collider test there's a female voice that says, "connecting to five dimensions," that's Olivia talking. In her office the light fixture is octagonal, on her desk you can see a piece of her "arms" with the exact same material as in the opening montage, the table is octagonal, and the restraints are octagonal as well.

The reason Mile’s “I’ll always have my family” line isn’t cruel is because while Kingpin blames Miles and all forms of Spider-Man for the death of his family- Kingpin, himself, actually MURDERED Mile’s Uncle. So mile’s is really saying “we aren’t the same because while you try desperately to bring your dead family back, I know i’ll always have my family in my heart no matter what”

My favorite small details in this movie are with Miles' dad.1 is when the parent's are watching the news and see the broadcast about spiderman's death, Jeff (Miles' Dad) at first seems more shocked than upset, glancing at Rio (Miles' mom) to see her reaction. But when they it says he was 26, and had been spiderman for a decade, Jeff puts his hand over his mouth looking genuinely upset when he realizes spiderman was a kid. 2 is when jeff meets Miles as Spiderman (he obviously doesn't know it's him), he goes to thank him and "Spiderman" hugs him. at first again he's just shocked, but then he looks down and gets this more thoughtful look on his face before hugging him back. He realized this new spiderman is also a kid, and this was his first big fight.

Yes, this is the best Spider-Man film. It has it all, the core of the character, the voice acting is great, the animation is incredible and now everyone is copying the style, the writing, score and “cinematography” is incredible, and characters are amazing. I can’t wait for Across the Spiderverse, this could be the best superhero trilogy when it’s all done.

@@vulturedrawz Even if you have seen all the Tobey, Andrew and Tom’s Spider-Man movie if you have some knowledge in those aspect I mentioned then yeah Spiderverse is still the best Spider-Man film. Some of the live action movies suffers from bad acting or bad writing and plot holes while Spiderverse has no weakness, it fulfills everything. As a filmmaker student and Spider-Man hardcore fan my ranking and rating for SM movies would be: Spiderverse 10/10 NWH 8.5/10 SM2 7.5/10 SM1 7/10 Homecoming 7/10 FFH 7/10 TSM2 7/10 TSM 7/10 SM3 5/10 Venom 5/10 Venom 2 4/10 Morbius 2/10

This is one of the best comic book movies ever made, and tied with SM2 for favorite spider man property. SM2 is still best live action interpretation ever, but this one truly felt like a comic book come to life. It drove me insane when I saw ppl shitting on the framerate of this movie, not realizing it's a completely essential aspect of the art style... I saw a 60 frame edit and it took away so much of what made it beautiful and unique
@reynaldolorenzo8409
@reynaldolorenzo8409 Жыл бұрын
@@system0fadowner251 For me SM2 is super overrated because the acting outside from Alfred Molina and JK Simmons everyone else is trash, especially Tobey, Kristen and Franco. The movie also has one of the biggest plot hole in a SM movie with the dinning scene. Still is a good film like a 7.5/10 but definitely overrated. Spiderverse in the other hand has it all, the voice acting, “cinematography”, the animation is now being copied because how it changed the animation style, score, character arcs, antagonists, etc, it has it all. Spiderverse is incredible and the thought of Across the Spiderverse being even better is ridiculous so if these movies keep the same quality this will be the best superhero trilogy.

IMO this isn't just the best Spider-Man movie ever, but the best superhero movie of at least the past 20 years as well as being the best animated movie. The tone of the writing is optimistic and inspirational the way a superhero story should be, the craft of the story-telling constantly surprises you with the twists and reveals but never leaves you feeling confused, the comedy timing is perfect and a delight, and the art is just out of this world. It's the film that EVERY animator in the next two upcoming generations is going to say got them into the industry and wishes they'd got to work on.

Donald Glover was the inspiration for Miles Morales. When they were casting Andrew Garfield's films, there was a fan drive to cast Glover as Peter Parker based on Community. So when Community came back for their second season, they put Troy in Spider-man jammies in the opening of the season premiere. Marvel then cast him as Aaron in Homecoming as a nod to that.

He wasn't the inspiration for the character - he just gave Bendis the assurance he needed that the world was ready for his version of Spider-Man. Technically, it was Obama that fueled the creation of Miles, as well as the decision to kill Peter in Ultimate universe's "Death of Spider-Man" comic. "He looked fantastic! I saw him in the costume and thought, 'I would like to read that book.' So I was glad I was writing that book."

I'm pretty convinced that Miles spider came from Miguel's universe, just going off the comics in the 2099 universe Alchemax is on some crazy a** genetic engineering stuff, so it makes sense that it was spliced with different genes like the natural camouflage and the bioelectricity, Miles and Miguel have some fairly unique powers, Miles more so .
