the most interesting part of this movie and something most people miss is the fact that Dr. Octavius knows about the cellular decay that Peter is going through and knows he will die if he stays in this dimension for too long. and yet she BLATANTLY lies to King Pin's face and says he will get his family back at about 30:05 (or she would if it wasn't cut off) it's so fun seeing how they don't like each other, supported by the way Doc Ock raises herself above King Pin when talking to him so she can look down on him. it's small details like that that give so much life to these characters, their world, and their story :)

So much heartbreak in just a few minutes 1. Aaron gets shot 2. Miles watches him die 3. Jeff finds his dead brother 4. Peter chooses to stay even though he know he will die and never reunited with MJ 5. Peter gives him one last chance to go along and the others wait outside having hope (u can see Gwen’s hope fall when he can’t do it) 6. Jeff comes to talk to his son 7. Jeff tells him he loves him, and says he doesn’t have to say it back and he thinks he isnt saying it because he doesn’t like saying it but really he physically couldn’t at the moment, and Miles most likely really wanted to say it back this time and probably just wanted to hug his dad. It’s weird because I’m not an emotional person at all when it comes to real life, but movies can break me easily. Anyone of these things could’ve broke me alone. So while doing some quick fact checking, I learned something about this movie that I wanted to share. In the beginning, when Miles was first learning the ropes, they animated him on twos (his fps was 12 instead of 24), which makes him look choppy against the background & Peter, which were framed on ones, but at the end of the movie, he was animated on ones. I also read that each character was animated with differing frame rates, which if true goes to show how talented they were when making this movie. You can't just find a group of animators & tell them to do this, you craft this with time, dedication, & love for what you're working on. Amazing movie, hope to see y'all react to the new one. P.S.: didn't realize the video was over an hour long until I paused around the 40 minute mark. You don't realize how much time has passed, when you're enjoying yourself. =^._.^=

This is one of the movies that really... kicked off a lot of the best animation trends in the last several years. Don't get me wrong, movies were doing very well at being very realistic, but this one kind of helped to give them permission to be hyper-stylized again. He’s the guy Tom Holland ties to a truck lid and interrogates in Spider-Man homecoming. He’s played by Childish Gambino. Back when the first Andrew Garfield Spider-Man movie was announced to be in preproduction casting, there was a fan campaign to have Childish Gambino cast as Spider-Man. A bunch of “individuals” complained Spider-Man can’t be black, Stan Lee said he absolutely could. A few months later Miles Morales debuted in the comics!
