What sort of collateral would you take on a deal of 5k or less? Would it have to be the asset they need the money for? Something like a car or a "toy" vehicle?
@Jas0nJames4 жыл бұрын
I was thinking the same thing, did you get collateral for the deals you mentioned from $5K - $15K?

Can you talk more in depth about the 5-15k loans and deals?

Great content, thanks man. I appreciate you admitting that you're a little lazy deep down, haha. It's absolutely right that momentum is what drives most people, not motivation!

Hey what do you think Bridger about this idea (It may feel a bit stupid), but the oil industry is falling apart pretty soon so they're going to start selling there refiners for a cheap price; since EV have technically made them no profitable(depends ), so I start an energy PE fund and we buy these plants and sell all the metals etc. and then we sell the land for a higher price or, we put renewable energy there . What do you think Bridger ? Roughly to buy the refinery 100M and then I sell the metals at a higher price since scrap metal prices are on the rise as well . Then we can roughly make about £150M from selling the parts since we're selling them at a high price . Then the land had a lot of value on it since it had a refinery on it which would've boosted local real estate prices so I think we can value the land at ~£50M so we can make roughly £50M from selling the land . What do you think too ambitious ??? We can also do the same with other industrial sectors such as Steel and Chemicals .

Definitely sounds like a "blue ocean" idea! Some of the biggest funds in history were started on ideas that some saw as "too ambitious".... if you want some help taking the next steps setting up your fund, book a call with us at www.investmentfundsecrets.com/game-plan?sl=yt and you can get a game plan set up for moving forward!

Bridger - if you raise 10m for a debt fund that you then use to lend on real estate. What is the best company structure to minimize taxes?

Do borrower required to pay monthly payments or just lump sum after Six month or earlier?
@bridger_pennington3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the comment! You get to write the bible so if you want monthly payments, or the lump sum, you write it into the agreement. The most standard hard money loans are paid off monthly.

What different fund types can be setup without a license? Can you do both Debt and Real Estate in one fund, if the Bible states it?
