@@cornelia7076 there's a few theories. When asked about it, the actors said it could be the number of seasons their characters will be in or the second theorie. This one comes from the books, where Anthony and Kate have three children and then a fourth they were not expecting (unplanned pregnancy). In my opinion, the second one would make more sense.

I know this is not much but I really like Penelope and the New Lord Featherington scenes. I feel, at that time, he was the only family member that genuinely treated her and even spoke to her well. Never dismissed her like her mother & sisters did, whenever she asked something or praised him, he answered back with the same mood. Almost like an older brother or uncle like sort of.
