I mounted them in my V Strom 1050 XT and I agree with everything you said. The only negative fact is noise from 95 km/h to 125 km/h. They howl like wolves!

What about some facts? Tread depth front and rear? Weight front and rear (that can be important for performance especially only lower powered bikes), Radial or bias ply? etc..

The tyre runs well and stable, is handy, offers high grip and feels good. So far so good - after approx. 2500 miles (journey from northern Germany via Holland + pine to Newcastle / Scotland tour via the NC500 and other A + B roads with a Triumoh Tiger 1200 XRT) the rear tyre is ready and the front tyre is also almost through. OK - the NC 500 offers coarse asphalt, but the wear is too much. I will not put this tyre on again.

Looking and still looking...on my Tiger 900 I have Pirelli Scorpion Trail II and those are rated 90/10 but quite sticky and good in the wet. On my Pan America I have the stock tires and am not a big fan Michelin Scorcher I believe. Looking at the AT41 and the Karoo Street. Most of my riding is on road but with the Pan Am I do run into dirt/gravel/construction sites with big signs 'motorcycles use extreme caution' and would prefer a 70/30 ....suggestions welcome!

These are great tyres if you look for cornering grip, but mileage is miserable.

@@AlejoSepulveda13 I managed 5500 km. Rear was really down in degradation but retained its original profile. Front was totally destroyed. Still the remaining rubber was still capable of offering good grip… However the shape of the tire was altered and I was forced to change it
