Omg! Bridgett is the best! After seeing Jeff last night, I watched the whole season of somebody Everywhere. It’s the most delightful show I’ve seen in forever. The Parlor! Dam! In 1974 I worked in music business in promotions and sales. I was about 20 when we had Manilow to promote concert. Riding up in the elevator with him in the hotel in Dallas before concert. My wonderful jewish boss was in his late 40;s was with us. Suddenly Manilow turned to my boss, put his hand on his shoulder and asked if he would like to join him after the concert. 3 men in this elevator and me. I looked at my boss who moved his hand and said thanks but my wife likes me home earlier. I just kept my head down studying the agenda. Haaa I was young and did not know men faked being straight for the money. I learned a lot in the next 5 years. Later...Working with The New Dolls was another great story. so many characters in art.
