Why is the term Admin as if Business Administration which is a popular degree considered an undermining term ? Is he thinking of it as Admin as in Secretarial work. I once had a business partner say he didn’t want to do something becusse it felt like Secretary work ? It was Ego Driven and showed his lack of Leadership. Admin work is important even vital. Mandi was doing the Admin work because that is where her skillsets are the strongest and what she wanted to do and her current business model encompasses the same “Admin work”.

It’s not a black thing. The foundation from the start was wrong, so it only made sense that they couldn’t maintain it. They’ve both said that they were never true friends to begin with, and Mandii already had a way more successful pod. So there was always a conflict of interests.
