Hi Rob and Gail I’ve watched many of your videos over the last few days whilst recovering from spinal surgery, they’ve kept me out of mischief 😂 Could you do a video how you set up your waste water system, where did you drill the holes for your hooks that hold the pipe and what size pipe is it? Hi Dave & Helen, A popular site, it was nearly full the whole time we were there. Three Airstreams there too. Ah the microphone….yes it filters out the wind but can’t seem to get the sound right. It doesn’t show the volume setting and I seem to be recording in mono. Any tips Dave, your expertise would be appreciated 👍. Oh and the waste pipe works a treat. Best regards Rob & Gail

@@robswiseways5697 hi Rob, I’m not much of an expert but the mic only records in mono but the signal is split across two channels (left & right) you would need to mics to record in stereo. The transmitter (the bit in your phone) will take two mics (A&B) but if like me you are only using one mic then only the A light turns blue when receiving. I thought the audio quality in your recording was much clearer when you used the mic. Lots of KZbin vids on this mic, might be worth having a look. I did have one recording issue but it turned out my iPhone port was dirty and full of fluff and dust so I literally hoovered it out and it worked fine after that. Good luck, Dave

Hello there Glyn and many thanks to you. We really enjoy a seaside holiday and all it has to offer. Yes 10 mins out at sea was enough for me 😳 the land train was more my cup of tea ✔️. For the waste pipe I used 3mm dia stainless steel rod cut to length and bent into a S shape to suit the pipe and hook into holes I drilled in the rail. The first hook hangs 10mm lower than the outlet and the second hook hangs 10mm lower than the the first hook to allow for the fall. Gail says thank you very much Glyn. All the best, Rob & Gail

Nice video rob , we’re planning our 2023 holidays and as we’ve got a new rescue dog we’re looking at places with enclosed dog walking, the sit looks great did you notice if the dog walk was enclosed, thanks 👍🐾

Thank you Darren, We didn’t go into the dog walk but the sign says ‘free to roam off lead’ so I presume it’s enclosed. It’s a nice area to visit. All the best, Rob

Hi Gill, The Danes Dyke notice board does say dogs are allowed on that beach. The beach at Bridlington does not allow dogs between 1 May and 30 September. Thanks for watching and commenting, Best regards, Rob

In June 2022 we paid £39.40 per night. Cannot tell you todays prices as the club website is currently unavailable (Jan 24). Great site by the way 👍 Thanks for watching, Rob & Gail 😀
