As the cautious silence brought on by the temporary truce is extended, tensions remain high. Waves of civilian hostages kidnapped from Israel continue to return to their own soil, while busloads of terrorists make their way back to their homes as free individuals. Though maneuvers in the Gaza Strip remain on hold and the end of the conflict remains distant. Meanwhile, a terror attack this morning in Jerusalem took the lives of multiple Israelis.
What will renewed fighting look like after the end of the temporary truce? How will it be different? What is the next likely step in the journey to free each and every innocent hostage? To discuss these and other aspects of the current situation, the Jerusalem Press talked with Dr. Eyal Hulata, Former National Security Advisor

I have searched the entire globe for educational thoughtful journalism and found nothing this is the only outlet of news that has helped me to understand the conflict and educated me looking beyond the hearing now so what the future could look like and thank you so much be very careful about having a comment section because what I’m finding is that the element of antisemitism creeps up into the comment section so just keep an eye on it What would be a good idea is to make it a members only section so you don’t get the hate that creeps into a comment stations on mainstream media

Fighting resumes Saturday morning. Go get’em, Israel! Never again negotiate with demons! The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob has and will fight for His CHOSEN! I continually remember and call upon the Name of the LORD for Zion’s sake. I adore YHWH, follow Yeshua and LOVE God’s CHOSEN Israel.

I converted to the Jewish faith in 1987. More and more, like never before, I wish to make aliyah. For now, I buy Israel. May Hashem protect Am Israel.

Israel should act still faster and achieve their hostages. Speed is the key to success. No point in worrying about what others are saying. Israel is releasing higher no of prisoners compared to innocent hostages in exchange. This exchange itself is odd as we can never equate criminals with hostages. Will Israel teach lesson to countries who are the root cause and helped Hamas to attack?

If Israel had adhered to the recent United Nations resolution and agreed to the Arab countries’ proposal to return to the 1967 borders in exchange for full peace with all Arab countries, it would now be enjoying peace and would not have subjected its citizens and the Palestinians to all of this killing and destruction.
