If you don’t want the taste of the butter outside of the brigadeiro, you can also use a little bit of water when rolling the little balls. They are looking amazing, saludos desde Brasil.

Hola Lupita, los brigadeiros a temperatura ambiente van a ser suaves, aunque es recomendable guardarlos en la nevera por máximo 2 semanas.

En la nevera duran más, pero es normal que después de unos días obtengan un cono azucarado, según cómo hayas hecho la receta. Si usa crema de leche, tienen un sabor más suave y duran un poco más. Perdón mi español no es muy bueno 🥰
