For the cocoa powder ingredient I recommend using the same you use for hot chocolate so that that way you don't have to strain it. The stirring part is pretty tricky. You need to stir the entire time until it becomes thick one way to tell if it's ready is you put your spoon and slide across it and if it separates and comes together quickly, then that means it's good. Another way is if it falls from your spoon in clumps. you don't have to put it in a greased pan to refrigerate. All you need to do is put it in any pot and It will cool in 30 minutes. greasing your hands with butter is very important so that it doesn't stick to your hands. for toppings, I recommend chocolate sprinkles.
