FINALLY! For literal years I've been trying to find out what this game was. I remember playing it as a kid but all I remembered was monsters fighting each other namely an angel and a hydra. I specifically remember the hydra attacked with all its heads and the angel yelled out when it died that's it. I can finally stop randomly remembering it in the middle of the night now. Thank you lol this game was awesome.

Wow! This game is better than I thought! I think I'll start it up when I get home. Always was a giant fan of Ogre Battle, and missed Brigandine just because of how rare it is. Thank you emulators!

I was never interested in strategy rpg on the ps1 other than final fantasy tactics but when I was enjoying guardian force on saturn and fire emblem/advance wars on nintendo's consoles I'm loving strategy on consoles big time. This brigandine game will be one of my favorites. It's 2018 and this game imho is very fun.

Shame I never played this originally, and as I looked on ebay to buy a copy expecting around 20-50$ I was sorely mistaken...luckily a month later I saw LRG did a release on Switch! Finally got that and when I finish my EDF marathon, I will start this guy next along with restarting my other RTS series backlog: Disgaea D2 and 1-6

Unfortunately in battle mode it's those nasty old polygons. If they kept the game as sprites from start to finish the game would of aged quite well.
