Briggs & Riley Baseline Luggage, International Carry On, Extra Large Spinner, and the Large Checked

The two checked bags are the extra large baseline spinner and the large. In the video I think I call it the large and medium. I have had these bags for two years now and they have been on several domestic and international trips. The lifetime warranty is why I keep buying them.

It's so easy to exceed the 50 pound weight limit using the large and definitely with the extra-large. Thankfully my wife's frequent flier status allows her up to 70 pounds on our favorite airline but I recommend that most people purchase nothing larger than the medium unless you know you can fill the large only with light stuff as the reviewer states.

That is very true. We bought the large one knowing that so that is where most our kids clothes go and heavier items in the smaller bags.

While pricey you can't beat Briggs & Riley. The quality is next level and a lifetime warranty. Their attention to detail is exceptional and they keep improving. I got my first Briggs & Riley bag in 1998 & it's still going.

I am very curious about that International bag. I just bought a Samsonite 24 inch check in bag in April to replace a very worn Tommy Hilfiger but feel like if I am not checking in the bag I'd want something a bit nicer. I bought the Briggs unseat bag about the same time and price. I was blown away how nice it was.

It's hard to beat Briggs & Riley. It may seem expensive to those who are not frequent travelers but to those who are on the road a lot it is well worth the price tag. All you need is one bad experience of having a cheap bag come apart on you and then you would be happy to dish out $600 for a quality bag that has a lifetime warranty.

Probably a silly question but can the large, medium and carry on be nested within each other for storage? They look like they can be in the video but I don't want to assume.

Yes they will store within each other. I jut choose not to because I have enough space in the attic and I don't like the dirty wheels inside the clean packing area.

I actually found a Briggs hard shell Carry on about 10 years ago at TJ Max for $80. Had no idea the deal I got until seeing these videos.

I have the domestic carryon on baseline and the 26 inch check in in sympatico. I absolutely love these luggage. My only gripe is that the two front wheels of the baseline domestic carry on are smaller than the back wheels causing the bag to tip over. My sympatico check in was just sent in for a repair/replacement due to United airlines mishandling the luggage 🤦🏽‍♂️

I would ask them to give you the same size wheels or possibly even order the hardware myself. I think my international is the same size wheels but now I'm curious as well. I'll have to check it out later.
