I don't know if I can come to terms with how the zones are all tiny and segmented. Terrible idea. Also the tiles on the floor suck out any atmosphere the game may have had. Get rid of the tile floors and segmented zones and it might have a chance.

I’m not even an hour into watching his recording, and the tile floors are a huge detraction. Not to mention, everything is flat. Super level ground is throwing me off.

A part of me agrees with you, but these also seem like core features of the game. So maybe they cant just change it without changing the game too much. Besides, making those changes will only make it more similar to rs...

I enjoy the floor tiles and I’d assume most probably do. Like has been said most OSRS players use tools to make the tiles more obvious. But I do think it would look better if it wasn’t SO obvious.

I've put in 100 hours and I just find myself wondering, what for? So far it's a single player game, no armor sets, no special items or weapons to look forward to. No quest list you can just go and do unless you grind for a week? No use for food whatsoever. To call it an MMO and have no player trading to start it wild. No clan/group chat system. In fact if you're following someone, because of the 'instanced rooms' you'll lose them completely -_- The game just feels like one giant grind with basically no reward, at all. Andrew has been great about QOL but this game just isn't there yet.. And the combat system is just downright sad.
