I love to sleep in the nude! I also love a cold bedroom too. When I was young, I always slept in pj's until about age 18 when I met and married my husband. We both slept nude until the kids came along. Nude sleeping is NOT ok when you have little ones running around as they tend to get in bed with mom and dad at all hours. Then one day, the house was empty again and we ripped up those night clothes!! We keep a few spare pj's around for when we have grandchildren staying over, but that is the only time we have to sleep in pj's. Another thing I have found that makes sleep even more wonderful is "micro fiber plush" blankets! One day I actually ran out of sheets for the bed. Our washing machine had broken down and we simply did not get to town to do the laundry that week and ran out of clean sheets. I had a clean micro fiber plush blanket on the shelf so I used that instead of a bottom sheet. I HIGHLY recommend you try sleeping with a micro fiber plush blanket for your bottom sheet!!!! You will discover a whole new world of snuggley awesomeness!!! I can't even sleep on regular sheets now!!! Good video, thanks!

When I was 12 years old, I read that Paul McCartney liked sleeping "in the raw". I asked my mother what that meant. The look on her face was priceless. I didn't learn until years later what it meant. I have almost always slept nude since as young kid. At first started during the summer, but quickly progressed to spring and autumn as well. Before I was teen it was all the time, even during winter with sheet or maybe blanket over top. I never really noticed about having deeper sleep ... although was so young, who knows. But I did notice it allowed my skin to breathe and my skin felt healthier. PJ's just seemed like waste of money and was more restrictive.
