I kissed a bright green tree frog 2 days ago. He was hanging out next to me and wouldn't go. As you talked about the skin. I felt bad. I hope he didn't get sick. But, I do 💯 believe he was a messenger for me. This resonates. And I love the advice you're giving. I have been awakening for 3 years. Sooooooo many signs, symbols, and synchronicities. Especially animals.

I killed a frog by accident 😭😭 and then found a dead dried out one in the bucket I last used to water plants 😱 Also dreamt of a frog hopping but it couldn't breathe. It was opening & closing it's mouth like a fish on dry sand. Had another dream of a woman sitting in water. It was almost like she was a human fountain. Except that the water streamed out of her female parts... I could not see where it came from, but it left there. She said :"shuuuu and pointed up. She then said," maybe I should put you on a piano healing program.... But maybe you'll leave it, stop it or abort, like others have... ".. etc etc. (sorry I couldn't find the correct English word for stopping /abord/leave program) I thought about our black frost here too. How the plants look dead and dried out, but aren't actually dead. They grow again next season. South African frog does not grow new limbs. I'm in one of the driest areas of the country. What am I supposed to learn or hear? Anyone, that feels that Spirit has a message through you for me, I will SO appreciate it. Gratitude. Thank you Ona. Hope you are doing well? No, I don't think I have a lizard video (yet) but that's a good one to add to the list. Interesting dream. Maybe consider taking up piano, or at least meditating with piano music. Sounds like there may be some healing there for you - perhaps deep emotional healing given your other dream symbols. Perhaps Chopin?

I thank you soo much for this insight in to Frog 🙏 Whilst I was gardening a few days ago, I noticed movement in the grass, to my suprise it was a Frog. I said to myself ' hmm there is a message there'. That night I had a dream were I was following a frog with an intention to capture it. Then I heard a young voice saying 'Grandad is calling for help'. I felt it was a distraction technique to prevent me from my intention! Weird? As I have no older male family members this side of the veil. I woke from this very vivid dream wondering what "Grandad' actually was signifying. Through your sharing of Frog knowledge, this has given me a lot of food for thought 😊 🐸🙏💖

Thank you so much for this! Your generous and knowledgeable contribution on the subject of frog spirit, totem, and power animals was greatly appreciated! I’ve been looking for a source this in-depth for a couple years now and apparently hit jackpot tonight! I used to love frogs when I was a kid; it always seemed like such a treat when I would happen upon one. I grew up in the Northeast, so it wasn’t an everyday occasion and always seemed special to me. Unfortunately, I didn’t come across many as I got older and moved to big cities… I could probably count the amount of frogs I’d seen in the following 30-35 years, on one hand. Until two years ago. I was in the middle of the jungle in Costa Rica for a week of Ayahuasca ceremonies, because I felt in my bones that I was approaching a major crossroads in my life and wanted to be prepared and get extremely clear. I had gone to work with the same shaman, in the same place, a year before and it was life changing. And even though Costa Rica is all about tree frogs, I hadn’t seen even one the year before but to be honestly I wasn’t looking. Then one night, in the middle of ceremony I decided to get up and leave the maloca to sit by the fire and look at the stars. My intention for that ceremony was for Mother Aya to show me the truth of who I have become, and who am I becoming. When I got up to sit by the fire, I was feeling a bit frustrated for only being put to sleep with the first two cups of plant medicine and was definitely not looking forward to opting in for a third. And as I stared at the fire, I decided to throw all that frustration into that fire and instead feel all the gratitude for everything around me. As the growing smile on my face completely took over, and profound peace washed over me, I felt something like a 4-5 year old child’s hand pat my lower back. I looked behind me but there was nobody there… why I looked is anyone’s guess. It would be highly unusual for there to be a 5 year old, playing patty cake on my back in the middle of a ceremony, at 2:00am. But that’s plant medicine, lol There was a woman sitting next to me and when I turned back around and started giggling she smiled, so I whispered what I thought I felt and we both laughed. We continued our whispering for a little bit longer when I felt it again, just a little higher up my back. Again, I looked over my shoulder, saw no 5 year old, rolled my eyes, joked how I definitely didn’t need a 3rd cup, and we laughed some more. We then went back to quietly watching the fire and back into our own worlds, when I now felt that same “hand” clapping down on my shoulder. This time when I looked at my shoulder I could definitely see something, but what, I didn’t know. So I just said, “now there’s definitely something touching me”. When she took a look, she shrieked really loud and jumped off the bench, which in turn had me yelp and quickly brush whatever she reacted so poorly to, off my shoulder. This little ruckus brought the shaman out to make sure we were ok. And when he flashed a light down on what was still causing quite the reaction from the other women, I saw the cutest tree frog facing and looking directly up at me, as if it was saying, “hey, what did you do that for!?” The woman was not having any of it and made a very quick retreat back into the maloca😂 I had zero idea about the meaning, significance, symbolism and energy of frog spirit/totem/power animals, I just knew I’ve always loved when I cross their paths. I didn’t know it was a frog and now I felt awful… this little guy was just staring up at me so I extended my hand toward it and apologized. I said, “I’m sorry little fella, I didn’t know it was you… you can come back up it you want”. At that, this tree frog, no bigger than a 5 year olds hand, jumped straight up and back onto my shoulder. I’m 5’9” and was standing right in front of it so that was quite the leap! I sat back down with my new friend on my shoulder and smiled; I felt completely at peace and happier than I could remember in decades. I then noticed the shaman was still there, and when I saw his face beaming down on me, I simply said, “I love frogs and this is one awesome frog”. He sat down and taught me a little bit about the spiritual significance, blessed us both with tobacco and said, “I’ll let you both get back to your reunion”, smiled and returned to the maloca. I never told him that I used to love frogs when I was a kid, and that I hadn’t seen one in many years, he just knew. Me and my tree frog hung out until the ceremony was over, before it hopped happily away, back into the trees, while I peacefully walked back to my room, knowing that this one little tree frog gave me all the guidance, direction and support that I came for. And I was profoundly grateful. See, I had come to Costa Rica again because I hated my career and was pretty depressed about spending all my time doing something so unfulfilling, and frankly soul destroying. I went through a spiritual awakening much earlier and learned, practiced and got certifications on everything I could, on too many subjects to name here but I was still working in corporate America. I was a trained and certified holistic life coach that at the time was too hesitant to fully jump in. That one starry Costa Rica night and that one green tree frog, changed all that, and I’m now a practicing holistic life coach and loving every second of my life! Thanks again for this very thorough explanation, it was truly meaningful to me. And sorry for the long winded novel to anyone that read this far. I just felt compelled to tell this story of the frog that changed my life, even if only out into the either because I owe it so much and wanted to honor and give thanks once again😊🙏 🐸

This morning a frog landed on my head. Whats interesting is that it’s a frog that I’ve somehow formed idk I guess a relationship with lol. I see him almost every morning in the same spot. A few times I’ve sat and spoke to him and he just looks and listens to me. This time I was bending down outside and felt something plop on my head. Feeling that it was a frog I of course was very shocked. What’s crazy however is that I wasn’t freaked out. After he did it he hopped a bit and then stared at me. Such an interesting experience. I have so much going on in my life so all of this makes sense.

Lying in bed and in my minds eye for some reason i was in the jungle hanging off a pipe that was over a black hole and i was surrounded by frogs and there were frogs in the hole.... later i had another vision of frogs so i decided to look up the meaning. I am finally over coming certain addictions, i met a girl i fell for but who i cant be with and don't want to be with anyway, its been like a catalyst for me to change... i don't want to feel like this its annoying. FFS! Dont tell me im the frog, it would take an incredible leap for me to become a prince let me tell you... now the hole hanging from a pipe thing makes sense which is amazing that you covered and that i also had that as a vision what the hell. Sounds like it really wanted to get your attention! Pay close attention and see if Toad or Frog comes up again soon. If it does, see what aspect of Toad/frog symbolism "jumps out" at you (fertility, belief in ugliness, hidden magic, etc.) next time you research its meaning. This will give you clues as to what Spirit might be trying to tell you through this animal.
