We exchanged walker today and it’s second one (besides first one was missing a part and had double of another part.) height seems to get stuck in one position no matter how much or how many times I tried to move the knob

I had the same issue. You have to rotate the knob 90 degrees then push one end of the knob down

For some reason I have not been able to fold & store. I think mine is broken or is this common with this walker? I just can’t seem to collapse it & it takes up alot of room 🙄

Well I unscrewed everything from beginning to end and I unscrewed what I wasn’t supposed to unscrew now the table top part won’t sit on the white support connected to the legs
