Hi Jemma! Thanks for the recipes you give us, they are so delicious and easy to follow! You are so nice and sweet, just like them :) I would love to see a recipe for sugar free baked goods. In my family there are a few people who have diabetes and they have such a sad look in their eyes when it comes to desert time during family gatherings. @ashmash45632 жыл бұрын
Would be dangerous. You can just get a readymade dolce de leche tin by Carnation. Just noticed you comment is 5 yrs old. So probably you have figured it out by now 😬

@@ashmash4563 haha I haven't. Haven't been brave enough to attempt it in the pressure cooker because of an innate fear of pressure cookers lol. We don't have store bought/ready made dulce de leche in our part of the world unfortunately

@@a___i___a_____i-j7dI make a toffee filling to go in mine. 150g butter, 150g caster sugar, 1 tin condensed milk. Put into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves. Bring to the boil, stirring all the time and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour into the base and let set. It gets really chewy and is MUCH better than this canned caramel stuff.

Hi Jemma! You are my baking idol!!! Just a question, Even when I bake my graham crusts for as long as I can in the oven, by the second day, they turn soggy and lose their structure :( I had to make 4 huge banoffee pies the other day and I had no choice but to deliver on the second day. By the time my friend got it, it was all falling apart and couldn't be cut. So disapointing :((( How do bakeries do graham crusts? Since they stay in the display over days. Thanks Jemma!

Ho Jemma, I have got to say I am quite upset with you at this point. I see you eating these luscious desserts and snacks and treats and you stay as Slim as as ever! I have to watch everything I eat because of Hypoglycemia. So now I say I have a reason to eat lots of chocolates and caramel but now that I am coming over to the house so much, I went with the family trip and I saw pictures of me when I was nice and slim but now I have to taste test the food I am making to know if it can be served or not. Other than that, everything else is great. I hope you are having a great time planning your wedding. I am very excited for you and the lucky man! Thank you very much for giving us all your time with your videos and recipes and answering questions. You are a very sweet lady and I would love to meet you in person. Take care and Best Wishes, Irish Jilli
