Roasting vegetables is associated with simplicity and great flavors. It's very easy to do, especially if you cut the vegetables to the right size.

Ingredients:
1 red pepper
1 carrot
3 to 4 potatoes
1 zucchini
1 red onion
1 cauliflower
½ sweet potato
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon of herbs de Provence,
or herbs of your choice
1 ½ tablespoons balsamic vinegar
½ teaspoon paprika powder
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt a good pinch
pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 400 F- 200 C
Bake at 200 C for 30 minutes
