Netflix doesn’t monitor by hours watched, their old formula was that you had to watch 70% of an episode or a movie for it to count and they changed in 2020 to where you just have to watch two minutes of an episode or movie and it counts as a view, two minutes was the time they found to be basically the time that if you’re still watching at that point, you intentionally clicked on it. it wasn’t an accident because you would’ve realized, and exited within two minutes and went to what you wanted to watch.
