During 1970's this train was my favorite train. I used to catch this train from Bangalore city to Chennai on way to Delhi or KolKatta. This train departure was from Bangalore city exactly at 02.20 pm and reached, I think by 0730 pm to Chennai in between 3 to 4 stoppage. I never traveled by this train from Chennai to Bangalore, usually 10 pm train I used to catch from Chennai.

Brindavan express I traveled first time with my family my mother father and two younger sisters from Madras to Bangalore dated 04 10 1992 my sweet memories still alive with Brindavan express all time my favorite tour

Sir, Please make start the next train journey from Chennai Central - KSR Bengaluru City by 12607 Lalbagh Express. Sir, kindly please don't start the journey from Bengaluru only you just start journey from Chennai by Lalbagh SF Express. And when you are journey by this train show the details which trains are crossing and this train where will be arrived from which platform in KSR Bengaluru City Railway Staion.

It was a very popular/ glorious traiin in this route till the introduction of Shatabdi express. It is a convenient train in both the directions . Any how ten to eleven stops with in a distance of 350km makes our journey rather boring. So now a days we are prefering a road journey with a luxury volvo buses to these normal express train ( even though they are referring as superfast by railway which is redicilous)
