Not even close. The Drac has ridiculous spaced armour and the best mobility in game, the KV-2 has derpy gun handling and can only deal serious damage with HE, which is useless against spaced armor. Drac still OP

I remember that when +2/-2 matchmaking was a thing with my KV-2 dealt 4.8k dmg in tier 8 game, shooting HE at IS-6's butt, one shotting ISU152, etc .KV-2 was the only tank that could outperform high tier tanks if it used correctly and be lucky .
