Mir Kid practice. If you know how to scream then look up tunnel throat and guttural vocals. He is using a fry scream in this video.

to nie ja it sounds like a variation of a tunnel throat, his tongue his touching his teeth I believe, with his soft pallets lifted and the sound coming from the t-zone on his face. He also is pushing it back toward his throat some
