I feel like they have always pushed the envelope when it came to their sound and releasing new material. I used to be one of the early fans, saying things like 'they were better when they were heavy' or 'remember when bmth was deathcore?' etc. But the truth is I have listened to/own all of their albums and never really found a release that I didn't like (for the most part). in retrospect, the issue wasn't that they changed so much, it's that I couldn't accept change. I am a new fan. This is the heaviest song in my playlist now. I think I'll get used to it. But, like, HOW THE FUCK DOES HE SCREAM LIKE THAT??????????????? I'm used to hearing screams like Andy Biersack's, Remington Leith's, and Vince Neil's. This is so much different than what I'm used to. But at least It's better than when I listened to something that someone on a VE video recommended. I'll stick to the newer BMTH for now. No hate against the old BMTH though.

@@Xx_Karmen_xX so cute. This is the BMTH i grew up with and love. I miss when they made good heavy music. The last good album they put out was sempiternal. It's too basicbitch pop nonsense now. Ain't got time for that generic shit! Get some more heavy music into your life. Almost all the comments are people comparing this (Suicide Season, There's a hell, Count your blessings) to BMTH's new stuff. Almost none of it's just enjoying the music. I think BMTH's new stuff is really good and I also still love the old albums. So what if they decided they wanted to change their sound? It's their decision and just because they got more fans because of the "That's the Spirit" album doesn't mean they "sold out". If they want to change their sound and it makes them happier then it's fine! if you don't like it then don't listen to it. If you really like BMTH's older albums then you can just listen to that instead of bashing their new one(s).
