I knew these songs would be hard for Oli live, I mean this one especially is insanely technical with entire style changes mid verse. But like always I bet he’s nailing these by the end of touring season. Dude works hard af to keep improving and I have so much respect for that.

It is quite a high pitched song. It's a shame they sing it at a few octaves lower, but it's still a banger!

It’s lowered to match up the key of your three song. Otherwise they would’ve to re-tune all the instrument during the show

Can someone explain why he always turns to his right on this song? I've seen quite a few of the live performances of this song and he always turns to the side. Idk why. Like he turns and looks up like where Jordan used to be
@gwen21385 күн бұрын
ive not got a clue but my guess is theres a lot of aspects that are meant to be played by jordan that are now a part of the backing, maybe force of habit?
@gwen21385 күн бұрын
could also be a song jordans meant to do backing vocals on as he helped a lot with higher notes (like this song) live? again not entirely sure but theyre my guesses!
@ZascaBazinga4 күн бұрын
I was live there and could see, that one member of the band (I think matt or john?) was standing in the up/right there and had a mic (the "alien" one from previous shows) in front the whole show. I think he is partily replacing jordans parts in the songs now and oli was looking at him.

Oliver is using a lot playback lately it's sucks
@ls_02035 күн бұрын
Yeah in some other songs but not in top 10 tho. But i can understand the reason, either that or he'll forever fucked up his voice to constant touring. His singing has gotten really good now but still need some playback to let his voice rest for a moment. If you watch Olis recent graspop performance his voice is really strained there compared to this.

Like I said. Stop making music you can't replicate live. When you're entire album is carried by vocal correction and autotune effects this is what you get live.
