The first time I ever saw the original Evanescence video for this song, it was 2003, and I was overseas in Kuwait for the invasion into Iraq. The very next time I was able to buy things at the mobile PX that came through the camps, I bought the CD. That entire CD was actually my personal soundtrack for the war. Awesome job covering this one, Cole. This song was one of my refuges in a time where nothing was certain. Still is.
