@@AradhyaChaturvedi-gv2cl I did only mantra jaap only for 7 days, nt Sadhna. Bcs for sadhna u have a Guru who can guide you n protect u. So keep faith on God n start mantra jaap only, 1st take sankalp for which mantra u want to do n for how many days n whats ur purpose behind doing this. Bt plz keep in mind, follow some shallow rules, & do jaap exact tym every day without disturbance. Agr aapne sankalp leke jaap kia & beech mai kisi bhi reason se nhi kia to -ve effect hoga iska for sure, to bett er hoga simple n shallow based rule follow krna & break mt lena week mai. Plz don't apply hard n fast rule. Go easy n all the best. @@AradhyaChaturvedi-gv2cl I did simple mantra jaap without any rough n tough rule or vidhi, jst simply take sankalp for your goal/purpose nd do jaap with faith n devotion atleast for 11/21 days without break n I'll see positive result if in case nothing happens after 11/21 days, don't stop chanting mantra, do continue jaap for more days then I'll see result for sure. Bcs sometimes universe n other forces check ur patience, ur devotion how much u r capable towards ur goal😊 All the best🙂

Also I have seen both views on this - that puja is very helpful and that this puja is just mindless activity. Can you please help get clarification?

Can you please ask Mr. Nandi to share with us something about Devi Neel Saraswati and her Beej Mantra. Or for that matter, a short simple mantra that we can recite daily. I learned about this deity from my Mother, and according to her Devi Neel Saraswati is a deity for mind & education. I tried searching the web for a beej mantra but to no avail.
