Unfortunately, most of the “ratchetness” come from the natives. Not those from other states. That’s the real. That constant getting over on ppl gotta stop. I feel like if you from the Atlanta, Greater Atlanta Area you can blend in almost anywhere in the world but the same can’t be said for everyone who comes. The culture isn’t surface level so they just end up not getting with the program
