Got to be honest, this was a painful episode. Trott creating one burger at a time, Smiffy waiting for the table to finish eating while he only serves a single table, and taking the order then going back to get the order, what happened to the pre-load method.

By keeping the microwave, Trott could have put one patty in to cook and started on the next one, without having to worry about burning the first one. It catches fire when you turn it on when it's done cooking and there isn't uncooked food in it, which Trott kept doing for some reason.

Yeah. Only seconds each time, but they add up to a fail state. Even if all he did was place a new meat or place and chop an egg each time it could have saved the run.

Efficiency tip! TLDR - Trott makes and cooks patties - Front of house put the buns on the patties. Here's how If you put the buns outside the kitchen (top square, just to the left of the window between kitchen and dining area), THEN put the hob on the kitchen side of that window one space beneath where the buns are, then Trott can focus on making patties and getting them on the hob. One of the servers can slap a bun on it. When there's a hamburger with a bun on the hob, it will not burn. Can also add another hob next to the first and do the same. Efficiency! Then just eliminate as much movement from the chef as possible (which wastes time).

it was a truely unlucky first option, burgers are low money to begin with they were right to go with the fresh patties, if this happens again maybe 1 person alternates between kitchen and serving. Also it was a frozen prepstation you were after and not a freezer, they are good for pizza's and mash potatos while prep is good for burgers, onion rings, fries etc
