2:50 the "Quick Selection" tool would have made easy work of that.... Messing around with brush size and holding Alt to remove any accidentally added parts turns a 5-15 minute job into a 30 second job with almost unrecognizable differences!

Seen a lot of videos on animating photos in both Photoshop and After Effects, yours is definitely the best! Explanation very clear; you mention the tools, what they are used for and other relevant information to them as well as the shortcuts. This is an example of how a KZbin tutorial should always be!
