Just for rules clarification sneak attack can be done when doing a reaction attack. So Chip should have crit that sneak attack. Sneak attacks only restrictions are one per turn i.e. once on any one characters turn so it can trigger multiple times per round. As well as the needing adv, and ally within 5ft etc.
