Lower the speed limit ? It’s already 35 to 40 mph through that area and people drive 50 to 60 mph. You think they’re all of a sudden gonna change they way they drive. Get real. I’ve seen one person pulled over in that area in the number of years I’ve driven through there. There’s a lack of police patrol in that area. This just seems like another wasted idea to blow tax payer money on stupid crap.

People drive according to road condition. People automatically drive slower on narrower, windier, and unmarked roadways. Narrowing this road from a highway to a regular street, like it once was, would absolutely influence driver behavior for the better

The only people that drive cars in Minneapolis are those that stoled them

And the only people on this land that talk like that stole it

Iv had it with these idiots claiming that these neighborhoods were "targeted". Where else are you going to put a highway if there is no undeveloped land? All of these "community leaders" that push for redevelopment of already developed areas have business interests in these tax payer funded projects.

Highways weren't necessary in the first place

Not sure what they mean by underused. They apparently have never been on it during rush hour. The line Turning onto 94 and Lyndale goes for two blocks normally. It seems like the majority of the crash a fatalities occur on the same Lyndale intersection. This is probably because of Lyndale and 94 rather than Olsen memorial itself. Don't get me wrong plenty of people driving recklessly on the road but that comes down to a lack of enforcement of the law. I.e. more police is needed.

it really is though! it honestly is a complete boarder from the ghetto to the burbs

Of course it's unsafe for any POC. KKKOPS selling drugs at the winner gas station and first responder's dropping fentynal at bus stops. Sounds like predatory white 🗑️.

This quite literally sounds like another way to waste tax payer dollars for Minnesotans where it can easily be used else where in the state.

North Mpls needs a lot more than a new road to fix it 😂 you have two more guesses

Good! And bring back the Jazz clubs like where Lester Young played. Peace and Love!

It's going to take a lot more than a new road to make N MPLS a decent place to live again. For starters, you must fix the demographic problem.
@georgecurious64542 жыл бұрын
Yeah, the KKKOP demographic is the problem for sure!
