Skull 💀 island is loaded with scores of obsidian!! It is prevalent in the mouth, eyes and nose. Obsidian for days!!!🤩 Pyromanes don’t have babies in the wild. What you saw was flame poop. 🔥 💩 😂

Ya the damage isn’t as high as thylacoleo or the mobility as a baryonyx but you don’t even need to stop and heal the pyromane after a wave of enemies and but you don’t even need a cryopod for pyromane for the caves especially the ones on the island

@@DustinGrant-tn7ve it also has the same hitbox as the Shadowmane and everything runs underneath it which in a cave is very bad.

​@Phlinger This is great I started ASA late since I took a break after ASE to play another game so I am currently playing solo on the Island and a little on SE. I plan on eventually getting the lion. I just don't want the DLC creatures to become a power creep to incentivize you to buy them making all other dinos obsolete.

you're pretty much inline with my thoughts. I don't mind supporting Ark. I get more value out of this game than any other. The problem for me is the PVP guys. I could honestly care less if they released something like this periodically, but I'm strictly PVE. I wish they'd just stuck to skins.

I tend to agree for the most part. I have saved money on buying so many other games from this game satisfying me for so long. I just don’t know how many more money grab tactics that are still to come…

Yeah PVP is where most of the pay to win issues lie. They literally add things into games that are OP but put them behind a pay wall. I agree that things you can pay for should really be more for the aesthetic rather than giving anyone an actual competitive advantage. Like you I also don’t bother with PVP on this game so I’m not as bothered personally. Ethically, it’s an issue that all game developers seem to really not care about though. Every game is following the same blueprint more or less. I play a lot of other games that are free to play and no matter the genre so many games now also have a battle pass. Even mobile games. It’s more justifiable when it’s a free game though, we know devs & publishing studios have to still make their money somehow. I think ppl just get frustrated at it moreso when it’s a game they already had to pay for, where the DLC is also not free.

My only fear for PvE/SP is eventually the paid creatures become a power creep invalidating other creatures. I want a certain balance to be maintained.
