Bringing home the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450

Hi! congratulations on your new bike. I just happen to be picking up a himalayan myself later this month. I'm wondering what kind of tyres u got on the bike? out here we get ceats which are better than the previous himalayan's but still arent that great in the wet.

@@ritwaj hi, thanks a lot, the tyres are the same as yours, ceat. From the reviews seems to be ok for most of road and a little gravel. For muddy situations I don’t think they are great.

It is better to change stock mirrors 😂😂 RE has the worst mirrors. Have a safe ride.

The bike looked very stable at highway speeds. How was the vibrations since its a single cylinder, just curious. Im very interested in the Himalayan.

@@aaronclark1924 I feel some vibrations in the pegs but It doesn’t bother me. It’s a single cylinder. I need to get out more with the bike but right now it’s winter here and the days are not very nice to get out. I will add more videos with the Himalayan and comeback with feedback.

Vibration is very low because this is a high compression liquid cool engine. And the suspension is very good which further smooth the ride .

How are you liking is so far? what happened to you BMW?

@@selfmy60 I only managed to drive it once in the day of the purchase but it is a great machine. I really like the position. The BMW is at the garage but I will sell it in the summer. I want to go on adventure rides and BMW is not suited for this.

@@copu7850 daca compar cu s1000r e diferență de la cer la pământ. La s1000r te murdărești tot pe spate de la ce aruncă roata, la Himalayan am ajuns curat, fără nicio problemă, plus ca are rezervorul destul de lat în față și îți ia tot vântul de la picioare

@ 👍momentan ma multumesc cu scuter de 350. Inca nu pot sa despart de confortul spatiului de sub sa plus protectia la vant pentru picioare. Dar ma incanta si un motor. Macar vara sa dau cu el cand e cald
