Looks like you have a crack where the drive spindle connects to the spindle, thought it was dirt at first but it was still there when you clean it

To keep it frozen, you just let it continue to run. The cold drink is exactly that. Cold as though it came out of your refrigerator but not frozen.

Just like a slushy from a convenience store. I made pina coladas a few weeks ago and it had a very creamy smooth texture because of the mix I used which had real coconut cream in it. Delicious

They are way too expensive now. I purchased 4 years ago. It comes in a crate. A big crate. You may need a person to help or a dolly if you have to go up stairs. I love mine. The syrups have to be added to taste. The recipes never work out for me. They have a 3 liter that is also expensive. If you don’t have people to drink with you? The 3 liter might be better. It takes at least 2 gallons to get the liquid to fill up over the cylinder. I have to turn the temp down to -11 to get the slushies to freeze. I think the max is -13. Crushed ice in a blender does not compare. This has a fluffy feel. The syrup coats your tongue. The crushed ice from a blender is like a snow cone. It’s worth it. I just can’t justify the price. Where is the coupon code???? LOL I wanted to do ice cream. The manual said that dairy is not recommended. Just in case anybody had the same idea.

If VEVOR is interested, change the material of that mixing screw. Preferably stainless steel or at least make the plastic one readily available. That piece or the rear gasket is clearly going to be the failure point. Be different from every other company now a days. I want to be confident that if something breaks in 2 years, i can get parts. Advertise that confidence that not everything has to be disposable these days.

The plastic screw is pretty tough material and a bit flexible. I don't see it being an issue as long as the machine is cared for and properly maintained. The silicon gaskets can be purchased through a variety of online parts suppliers. The machine does come with a few extra parts so you are aware. When companies like Home Depot, Lowes and Walmart sell these and stand behind them, it makes me feel good about the product. Thanks for watching!
