I get so much useful information from listening to Oxygen Advantage podcasts, but this one was particularly special. It was a great conversation between two wonderful, knowledgeable men. Patrick asked the questions I would have liked to asked, and Eddie replied in a way that even I could understand and associate with. Many thanks to you both 👍

This was just so interesting, Eddie and Patrick make a good team. I have had a daily home yoga practice for over 40 years and since discovering Patrick and his books, particularly Patrick and Anastasis' book "Breathing for Yoga" have changed my breathing patterns for the better. Calm when there is much to do, by breathing in 5, out for 7, pause for 3 to 5 counts and repeat. This can easily be practised whilst performing your tasks, I am then present my racing thoughts calmed. An interesting exercise is to every now and then sense into your body, its amazing how tense you can be without realising it. Eddies knowledge and calm presence was riveting, I got a lot out of this interview. And that quote from Eddie: Know Yourself, Know Truth, Be a Good Person, Care for People, Give Love, Give Compassion, Do Good Work, Don't Harm. How beautiful. Thank you.

I loved this conversation. Thank you so much Patrick and Eddie. So much resonated with me. Please interview Dr Arielle Schwartz, Dr Stephen Porges and Debs Dana. I try and combine Buteyko Breathing Method through a polyvagal theory lens, thanks to these three people. I feel Eddie touched on this too even though the theory was not mentioned by name. Thank you again 💚💙🙏🏻
