Why not do this again with 3 dev but make the provinces also have Arctic climate/severe winter to truly reduce dev, so that then there is real attrition and difficult to colonize & develop- It could even prevent certain institutions from spawning which could cause a dark age where the world is exponentially stuck in old medieval technology with no institutions

Slowly becoming my favorite channel. You need to do more of the other Paradox games in my opinion. I bought all of the DLC last week and pre-ordered the upcoming one because of watching your EU4 content. My favorite building type are the government buildings as court houses give the minus gov cap in provinces and autonomy reduction. University are just as nice as you can just place them anywhere and develop your lands cheaper which is just as lovely
