Thanks, Roshi. A friend of mine made a good point about Halloween one time. He wondered why people who believe in ghosts are afraid of them when, by the same token, their very own bodies are haunted by a spirit... Wise guy. 😂

Very timely, thank you very much Daizan 🙏 My aunt, my godmother passed last week and it catapulted me back to the hospital room in London in February 1989 where my mother ended her days here on Earth Many many ghosts still but time to honour them and set them free so that they might return to source to be healed and liberated🙏 Does the journey ever get easier or do we just need more strength, courage, forgiveness and grace to dance the dance that we came here for?
