My age is 69 and I walk 5 to 6 km daily in the morning from 5 to 6 am and 5 to 6 km in the evening from 6 to 7 pm . We do this in group and it consists walking, talking and laughing. This is countniusly for the last 9 year after my retirement.

Yes, this is true.12/ 13 years back,I was diagnosed type 2 diabetic, one Dr even told me to go on medication, but other Dr told me not to go on medication and start brisk walking. Not only it benefited me,it also solved many problems as this video mentioned you. Now I feel like a athletic .

I do brisk walking ..around 7000 steps ..gym exercise yoga meditation ..I m doing since 15 day I feel changes in my body alot's ..weight reducing stamina increasing ..foot n hand muscle become more strong ..belly fat getting to reduce..overall body toning getting to start .thanks for ur information

Thanks for the analysis and benefits of brisk walking. I am already walking 11000 steps daily for last 21 years. No doubt I feel relaxed and healthy, but certain problems still persists like my BP count is still rising in between, little mental tension. Would be grateful if you could give some more tips to come out of these.

Sir, Very good explanation..my age is50&1/2years..On 14april my weight was74kg..From 14/4/2022 i have two meals only.. except it only water.. brisk walk daily 20000steps @15kms till today..within these13days i loose 3kg wright.. unbelievable..I can't believe..now my weight is71kg..Sir,as I am 50 years age ,can I walk 20000steps brisk walk daily ahead?is there is any future problem?pl guide

आधा घंटा रनिंग और आधा घंटा वॉल्किंग करके मेरा 7 किलो कम हुआ ब्लड प्रेसर भी नॉर्मल हो गया....थोडा डाएट भी किया था 😊
