I wake up early in the morning at 5 'O'clock & walk for 14-15 km nonstop every day. I don't feel tired at all when I walk. Because, I start my walking with great enthusiasm and it gives me energy as well as inspiration to cover up that much long distance within appropriate time limit.

I'm Brisk walking since more than 17 years. One of the best exercises. Every year I walk about 2500 kms.

100%true. I am 63 and walking regularly since I was 22 and overweight. Feeling good now. I cheat a bit on eating but strict on walking.

30 mins walk per day is less, body starts heating only after 30 mins, hence atleast 45 to 60 minutes is more advantageous.

Dear Dr. Very nice and useful video talk. It is very useful for everyone, also who wants to be fit, to reduce weight. During college days, I used to participate in sports, used to walk daily 5 to 10 km every day, was doing daily exercise. Now also I will 30 minutes daily morning, evening doing yoga, practice martial arts, doing wt. dumbells etc. exercise, very slim, fit, in good health. Thank you very much for nice tips. Yes. I walk 2.5 Km while going to my office and while coming again at evening 2.5 km . Really, I am feeling very Energy nitic and fit. 5 KM Daily.

EXCELLENT!!! I have been walking for 8 months now for at least one hour every day and eat well also (no flour products and no rice) and my Doctor has reduced my diabetes medication but my bowl movement in not normal. Any suggestions, anyone? I'm 70 and live in the west. I'm also walking now in the cold weather. In 8 mos. I have lost 20 lbs.

Very nicely explained Doctor. I have taken consultation from Doctor Shrivastava once for my father and once for myself. Doctor explained his diagnosis in an easy way for us to understand. He showed patience with our questions and explained till we understood. The staff is also qualified and professional. Overall a good experience and feeling of well-being after visiting lifeblyss.

Very easy language explain sir 🙏 From last 6 years i brisk walk arround 10000steps in one hour .From April 2022 i brisk walks arround 15000 steps daily ..from 1 April2022 to 19november 2022 i brisk walks around 3350000steps 2450kms today still i walks brisk 15000steps per day in 90minutes..I am 51 yrs with 67kg weight with height160cms...Now some pain occurs at knee presently and some mass occupied below foot...pl suggest more

Very informative video! Walking must be enjoyed and not be treated like a hard task. People who drive and not walk, to everywhere, are missing out on the good health that walking brings. A sedentary lifestyle causes ill-health and boredom. Diabetes doesn't need medication but exercise, and walking is a form of exercise. Stress goes and sleep comes upon doing a stretch of walking. I can go on and on about the merits of walking.

Weightloss is a journey in itself. Healthy habits and lifestyle can make you loose weight so easily. I took 2 week 1000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 min workout you can loose 2 to 3 kgs in month which is awesome 👌. Instead of just thinking we should be little active and we can loose weight slowly slowly.
