A few handy tips for all those attempting for the first time. 1.)- The dough might be tough Dw When you make the balls roll them and they'll get smooth. Use milk to help soften them more. 2.) Your oil needs to be hot first. So test a small piece out before throwing all in. Then adjust your heat once you add them in. 3.) Your syrup should be ready and room temperature. Keep it cold/warm. But don't let it be piping hot, with steam. As soon as you transfer the jaamuns to piping hot oil, gulaab jamums will spoil 4.) Try to use a pan like hers instead of a very deep pot. Makes a huge difference! It's amazing and super good 👍🏼

Gulabjamum no.1 kitne aaram se banati hai, koi jaldabazi nahi, shant tarike se banati hai khana.. ek baar kitchen storage, groceries kaise rakhti ho vo batao. & husband,chota bachcha ko sambhal ke kaise itna manage karti ho , time kaise manage karti ho wo bhi batao..nahi hame sikhao..
