Did try it couple of years back. Got problems handling single handedly. Also didn't have smaller tray, hence cooling process was not perfect and failed to get brown colour in yhe middle. But yours was almost (90-95%) perfect dish.

Bristi ji ur method is very easiest method than pouring hot ghee. In ur method there is no chance of forming lumps. I am a iyer south Indian, but i found ur method is easy. Hats of to u. God bless you always❤

ये मीठे की रेसिपी कुछ अलग और लाजवाब है। आम तौर पर जब हम मिठाई खाते हैं तो सॉफ्ट और मीठा लगता है। लेकिन इस शानदार मिठाई को खाने पे मीठा और हल्का क्रिस्पी दोनों फील आयेगा जो वाकई गजब है। very nice sweet 🧁🧁 making ❤❤❤❤❤❤💐💐💐💐💐👍👍👍👍🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹👌👌👌👌👌🙏

Well done! I have to try this method Brishti. You have really made the recipe easy. Mostly we roast the besan first and the ratio of besan and ghee is 1:2 and then the circus of adding ghee with continuous stirring 😊

Really appreciate your honesty 😊 I am from Bangalore and I have always been on the look out for crispy Mysore Pak made in ghee. I don't like the soft Mysore Pak and if we buy it from the market, the crispy one is never made in ghee. It's either made with dalda or oil. Thank you for this recipe. Will surely try it out when my mother is there to help 😁

बहुत अच्छी कोशिश जब आप इसे गरम प्लेट में डालें तो उस पर गरम में ही ज़ोर ज़ोर से पानी के छीटें डालें तो,जाली बनती है,हम चीनी पानी घुलने पर घी बेसन सब एक साथ डालकर मिलाते हैं घी छूटने लगे और बेसन फूलने सा हो जाए तो प्लेट में डालकर पानी के छीटें मारते हैं ताक़ि जाली तैयार हो! आप बेसन घोल कर डालीं ये भी नया लगा❤❤❤❤❤

Congratulations for posting this even though it was not perfect bristi ji❤ .one tip I got from my grandmother who is an expert at Mysore Pak is u should always add hot hot ghee little at a time while cooking the Pak. It will give better texture..

Bristi ji, please make this again, post your second and perfect effort again! So used to your perfectionism 😊 Also, it would be great to see the correct outcome. I live in Bangalore as well, and there is a soft dense variant of mysore pak that is sold all over the city. I think it's just impatience and cutting corners for commercial reasons. It does take precision, as you have pointed out from the beginning. True traditional Mysorepak is crisp golden and has a fine honeycomb texture
